Project Asunder - Environment

As lead environment artist I was tasked with the 'open world' section, everything with the screenshots I have created and iterated over the past 6 months during my education. It has come a long way from my initial R&D and design plans but I am pleased with my progress.

This environment includes:
- Game ready assets each with LOD groups, custom shaders and texture atlas' where needed to help optimisation for 60 fps+.
- Custom lit particle shader, spell effects and real time lighting will affect smoke and snow.
- Vertex offset and foliage shaders
- Asset kit and tile sets for buildings and castle keep areas.
- Rock asset kit with texture scaling shader, each rock can be resized without compromising texel density. (Within reason.)
- Tiling materials for assets and terrain made using substance designer.
